Job summary

Leopardo Construction in the Greater Cleveland Area seeks a Superintendent II to lead day‑to‑day field operations on medium‑sized projects or as part of a team on larger ventures. You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise crews, monitor quality, safety, and schedule, and manage project documentation in tools like PlanGrid.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering/architecture or related field, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience in construction related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Comprehensive understanding of all divisions of work, scheduling and cost control; knowledge of market.
• Proven record of success on mid-sized projects ($1-5M) or multiple small projects.
• Familiarity with construction technologies such as scheduling software (Raken), Bluebeam, PlanGrid; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily subcontractor, foreman, and self-perform activities.
• Initiate a project quality plan and monitor quality standards.
• Verify field conditions with daily walkthroughs and safety plans.
• Monitor master schedule, create look-ahead plans, track critical dates.
• Coordinate pre-, weekly, and post-construction meetings.
• Review construction documents and manage on-site documentation in PlanGrid.
