Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at a client project site. The role covers field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety adherence under general supervision.

Work is performed in the field or from the office depending on project needs, with responsibilities including coordination with the site construction lead, supervision of subcontractors, and maintaining on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, and communications with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure work is safe, correct, and meets quality control measures and drawings’ intent.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as record documents.
• Take progress photographs of construction events and label them accordingly.
