Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations, scheduling, and communication with subs.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure work aligns with the project schedule; flag delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for record keeping.
• Take progress photographs and label each image.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports in support of the Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawings and revisions.
• May provide assistance to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with client approval.
• Provide proper correspondence with project management and clients on issues.
• Maintains on-site records and files per The Perry Group document control requirements.
• Understands The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement and follows the Quality Systems Work Instructions.
