Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain on-site records and communication with project management.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions in construction.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and contract extras with project management.
• Take progress photos and document project progress.
