Qualifications

• Field construction experience with strong site coordination.
• Experience coordinating daily reports, schedules and quality control.
• Ability to read drawings and manage subcontractor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist site lead in scheduling, daily and quality reports, and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain on-site records and progress reporting per project requirements.
• Ensure use of latest design drawings and revisions on site.
• Prepare monthly progress inputs and contract extras with project manager.
