Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, and quality control on client projects. This role is 100% field-based and requires coordinating with the site construction lead and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and compliant with drawings.

Responsibilities include daily/quality reporting, safety adherence, and managing field records while supporting the Project Construction

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Assist site construction lead with overall field operations, scheduling, and daily/quality reports.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
Maintain project schedules, escalate delays, and communicate with management.
Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
Maintain on-site records and ensure use of latest design drawings.
Support field operations with progress reporting and documentation.
