Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support NAVFAC Southeast across multiple states. You will coordinate outages, permits, and route planning while providing construction briefings, cost estimates, and documentation reviews for government-approved submittals.

Responsibilities include monitoring CQC, preparing reports, and assisting with pre-final inspections. Requires seven years in similar roles, scheduling proficiency, and a CQM/OSHA cert.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or QC Manager on multi-million facilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling methods and Primavera/MS Project experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, Acrobat, RS Means/CostWorks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outage, permit, and haul route requests from contractors.
• Attend meetings; take notes and brief FEAD/ROICC representatives.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCNs and monitor CQC compliance.
• Witness testing and review submittals for government approval.
• Develop independent cost estimates and provide change impact assessments.
