Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer Technician (CSET) to provide on-site construction oversight, quality assurance, and technical support for NAVFAC projects. You will monitor contractor performance, verify work progress, and document daily construction activities.

The role requires coordinating permits, safety compliance, and reporting findings while collaborating with FEAD/ROICC, Navy personnel, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years as a quality control manager or superintendent on NAVFAC/USACE projects or ten (10) years as a foreman on large commercial/industrial/military projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor outage, permit requests and track status.
• Coordinate field activities with Navy clients and base personnel for seamless construction.
• Attend safety, CQC, and partnering meetings.
• Develop quality assurance plans with FEAD/ROICC.
• Prepare construction representative reports (CRRs).
• Monitor CQC compliance with contract documents.
