Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Construction Surveillance Engineer Technician to provide on-site construction oversight, quality assurance and DoD/NAVFAC compliance. You will review plans, inspect workmanship, coordinate with NAVFAC engineers and project managers, and maintain site records to support contract requirements.

The role requires safety focus, strong communication, and the ability to manage field operations across multiple sites with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent on NAVFAC/USACE projects.
• Experience in multiple trades with $5M+ projects or Journeyman in carpentry/electrical/etc.
• USACE CQM certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities with contractors, Navy clients, and base personnel to ensure seamless construction work.
• Attend Safety, CQC, and Partnering meetings and document outcomes.
• Develop QA Plans with FEAD/ROICC and other personnel, and prepare CRRs.
