Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractor work on the Owner's electric transmission system, coordinating field activities and schedules while ensuring safety and contract compliance. The role involves multi-project oversight across substations and transmission upgrades.

The candidate must have 10+ years in transmission/substation work, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license, with a preference for utility-industry experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Transmission/Substation projects or related fieldwork.
• Experience in the utility industry is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization without sponsorship are required.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; able to use iPad for field reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and ensure contract compliance and safety on transmission and substation work.
• Coordinate field activities, schedules, and communications with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify issues impacting project success and help resolve design, material, or performance challenges.
• Balance field and office duties and provide regular progress updates.
