Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a site-level professional for our Phoenix project in Arizona. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and produce daily and quality inspection reports to support project success.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to drawings, updating revisions, and preparing progress payments with the Project Manager. Strong documentation, communication, and adherence to the company quality policy are

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with site construction lead: scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, drawings adherence, subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with plans.
• Maintain project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official records.
• Capture progress photos and label each image.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design revisions.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Support key trades/subcontractors as required.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Provide clear correspondence with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per document control standards.
• Uphold Quality Policy and Quality Systems.
