Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Construction Coordinator for a Phoenix, Arizona project site. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, manage schedules, ensure quality, and communicate with subcontractors to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities include preparing Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports, progress photos, and monthly progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant construction experience.
• Associate degree with additional construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead and manage project scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain progress reporting and prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Capture progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and manage contract extras and payments.
