Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a site-based project coordinator for a major Phoenix, AZ project. You will coordinate field operations, schedule activities, and manage daily reports, quality inspections, and subcontractor communications to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to drawings, maintaining records, and supporting the Project Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with additional experience acceptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of construction or field operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations and project scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Maintain on-site records and project management communications.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawing revisions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of construction or field operations experience
