You will coordinate field activities, monitor quality and schedule, manage daily reports, and collaborate with subcontractors to keep work aligned with drawings and specs.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval as official project records.
• Maintain on-site records and files per document control standards.
