Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, design and construction support at a client project site. The role involves coordinating with the site construction lead to manage scheduling, daily reports, and quality control across projects.

Work may be performed from the field or office depending on project needs. Travel is 100% to project sites nationwide, with a focus on safety, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and Daily Reports; maintain record documentation.
• Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith document control requirements.
• Ensure latest design drawing revisions are used on site.
