Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on field operations and scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality per drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays with management.
• Write daily and quality inspection reports for project records.
• Take progress photos and label each image for records.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and use latest drawings.
• Ensure contractors use latest design revision for construction.
• Support project manager and may oversee key trades.
