Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a qualified Construction Project Coordinator for a project site in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, oversee subcontractors, and ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and the project schedule.

Responsibilities include preparing daily reports, quality inspections, and progress communications with project management and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos and label them for tracking.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure current drawings are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Provide professional correspondence with project management and clients.
