Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure work safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, escalate delays, and prepare Monthly Progress Reports as needed.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports and manage on-site records per document control standards.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision for construction.
