Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is embarking on a Phoenix-based project requiring skilled site coordination and strict adherence to schedule and quality standards. You will work with the site construction lead to oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure documentation reflects current drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include daily reports, quality inspections, progress photos, and preparation of monthly progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project records, prepare reports, and manage drawing revisions to support the project schedule.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with monthly progress reports and client communications.
