Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field or relevant field experience.
• 10+ years construction supervisory experience required.
• OSHA Training.
• Onboarding prerequisites may include background check, drug screen, and MVR as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site subcontractor activities to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics.
• Support implementation of the Project Construction Execution Plan with leadership to superintendents and teams.
• Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and field progress to meet budget and client expectations.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate RFIs, extra work, backcharges, and payments.
• Promote safety and quality culture on site and resolve field concerns with leadership.
