Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. in Lawton, Oklahoma, seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution, safety, and quality on major projects.

You will coordinate with direct-hire supervision, subcontractors, and field engineers to keep craft work on schedule and within budget. With 8+ years in superintendent or construction management roles, you will develop look-ahead schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions while upholding ESOP values and safety standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a superintendent or construction manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete pre-employment checks.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and ensure safety, quality, and schedule targets are met.
• Coordinate with direct-hire supervision, subcontractors, field engineering to resolve site issues.
• Maintain daily logs, quantities, and progress reporting to management.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and corrective action plans.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to scope and standards.
