Qualifications

• 10+ years construction supervisory experience required.
• OSHA Training or equivalent safety certification.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, drug screen, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site subcontractor activities to support safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics.
• Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and field progress; take action to meet budget, schedule, safety and quality goals.
• Develop and execute schedule recovery plans with project leadership.
• Coordinate turnover activities with startup and project teams.
