• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years construction field experience or supervisory role.
• Valid CA driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check.
• Ability to perform physical demands as listed.
• Advanced knowledge of construction practices, project management, specs, and building codes.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting advanced construction documents, plans, JHAs, RFIs, RFCs, and budgets.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment; able to traverse ladders, scaffolding, roofs.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Advanced math skills for budgeting and problem solving.
• English fluency sufficient to provide instruction, communicate hazards, manage documentation, and coordinate with clients.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA requirements, incident investigation, and basic HR compliance.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and project management/scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day field activities on assigned project(s) per project schedule.
• Direct and lead work of all field employees and Foremen; delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Implement project schedule; forecast daily activities; coordinate with subcontractors on timing.
• Maintain and inspect quality control; inspect work for compliance with documents and standards.
• Oversee all safety compliance and protocols; ensure PPE enforcement, scaffold inspections, fall protection, equipment safety, and tailgate meetings.
• Complete JHAs and review with crews for each project.
• Participate in Safety Program; coordinate with HR on incident documentation and follow-up.
• Price check and purchase materials; maintain stock; ensure emergency supplies.
• Enforce company policies and report incidents to HR and supervisor.
• Submit personnel information/forms to HR in a timely manner.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Participate in new hire interviews; coordinate orientations with HR.
• Respond to and solve on-site problems promptly (material delays, quality issues, safety concerns, client concerns).
• Manage crew hour tracking; clock in/out; confirm crew hours weekly.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Coordinator weekly on RFIs, budgets, projections, RFCs, billings, submittals.
• Interpret, clarify, and prepare construction documents as needed.
• Collaborate on billing projections, project reviews, and change order documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator on RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout documents.
• Ensure work phone is accessible for emergency response calls; assist with crew dispatch and material pickup.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with Foremen, crews, clients, subcontractors, PM, and PC.
• Report weather delays and any project impacts to PM.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews and Foremen across multiple trades; manage sequencing and workflow.
