Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling, billing, and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
• Coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.
• Review construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, billing projections, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, inspections, and closeout documentation.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
• Resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and project challenges.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, building codes, contract documents, and manufacturer requirements.
