Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a qualified Foreman to lead and direct field crews on heavy civil/concrete projects in the United States. You will coordinate labor, materials and equipment to keep production on schedule and ensure work aligns with project plans.

As a key link with the Superintendent and project team, you will uphold highest safety and quality standards while mentoring crews and driving on-site efficiency. Willingness to travel is required as projects vary by location.

Qualifications

• Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience in heavy civil/concrete construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and equipment.
• Experience leading field crew.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct construction crews in the field.
• Assign daily work and keep production on track.
