Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintains project schedule and reports delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Generates Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports, and monthly progress updates.
• Captures progress photos and labels them for records.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
