Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Domestic travel is required. Overseas travel is also possible.
• US citizenship and ability to pass federal background checks are required.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specs.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers.
• Monitors construction progress, prepares daily reports, deficiency notices, and project records.
• Ensures safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements are followed on site.
• Develops, trains and mentors junior construction professionals, and coordinates with contractors and clients.
