Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specs and codes.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers.
• Maintains daily reports, notices, and technical recommendations.
• Oversees field services and ensures safety, environmental, and permitting compliance.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates with contractors and clients.
