Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with approved design specifications, safety codes, and federal regulations.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies, deterioration, structural condition, deviations between design and execution, required corrective actions and sampling.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project management teams.
• Monitors construction progress, prepares and maintains daily reports, deficiency notices, project status reports, and technical recommendations.
• Oversees field construction related services, enforcing safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements.
