Job summary

Responsibilities

• On-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specs, standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Document inspection results, deficiencies, material condition, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain daily reports, deficiency notices, and status updates.
• Inspect materials and testing processes to ensure conformity with specifications.
• Coordinate field services, enforce safety, quality, and permitting requirements.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
