Job summary

This role operates 100% in the field at client sites, performing field engineering, site admin, estimating support and technical direction under supervision.

Primarily, you will coordinate with site leads, manage daily/quality reports, ensure up-to-date drawings, maintain on-site records, and support progress reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on overall field operations, including scheduling, daily reports, quality control, drawings and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Associate degree + 6 years of relevant experience

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of relevant experience
