• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control, conformance to drawings and specifications, and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and intent.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; take progress photos and label them appropriately.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports with input from the site construction lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision for construction.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience

Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience
