Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Site Construction Coordinator for a project based in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, schedules, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication, ensuring work follows drawings and specifications.

You will oversee subcontractors and construction activities for safety and quality, prepare daily and quality inspections, and assist with progress reporting and contract administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years' field experience.
• Associate degree plus six years' experience in construction or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with three years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead.
• Oversee subcontractors and align work with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Manage progress photographs and documentation.
• Prepare/assist with Monthly Progress Reports and contract extras.
