You will manage RFIs, submittals, field reports, and change orders, ensuring issues are resolved and documentation is complete, while protecting life safety and owner value.

The role emphasizes practical construction know-how, sequencing, means-and-methods, and lessons learned to improve future projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience.
• An undergraduate architectural degree is preferred.
• Architectural registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consistent, high-quality construction administration across multiple active projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, field reports, change orders, and issue resolution to completion.
• Capture lessons learned and translate them into practical standards, tools, and coaching.
• Develop trusted relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants while protecting contract boundaries.
