Job summary

This in-office role with hybrid Fridays requires at least 5 years of architectural experience; an undergraduate degree is preferred and registration is preferred. Travel about 50% regionally for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction administration across multiple active projects; manage RFIs, submittals, field reports, change orders, and issue resolution to completion.
• Capture and share knowledge about means/methods, sequencing, and common failure points; develop tools and coaching for future CA performance.
• Identify and resolve construction-phase issues focusing on life safety, constructability, quality, and owner value; document decisions clearly and verify on-site implementation.
• Develop trusted relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants; protect BHDP’s contract boundaries and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Track CA scope, hours, workload, and response times to prevent overrun; monitor risks and ensure disciplined documentation.
• Travel approximately 50% regionally for site visits, client meetings, and field observations.
