Job summary

LHH is seeking a Construction Support Specialist – Field in Boise, Idaho, to support field leadership and operations. You will manage timecards, coordinate admin tasks across multiple sites, and ensure accurate labor data and compliance for monthly submissions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in construction admin, a high school diploma (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred), and strong skills with Box, Excel, and mobile timekeeping apps.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive administrative experience in commercial construction, specialty trades, or engineering teams.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred in construction management or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Box, Excel, and mobile workflow tools; familiarity with timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly timecard collection, verification, and superintendent approvals.
• Coordinate administrative support across multiple projects and jobsites.
• Compile, audit, and reconcile labor data and compliance docs for monthly submissions.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and folder structures in Box.
• Track safety certifications and coordinate recertification and training with Safety Team.
• Facilitate Day 1 onboarding for new craft employees with digital paperwork and site orientation.
