$20–$25 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible).
Help manage office correspondence, incoming/outgoing documentation, and routine administrative communication.
Support project staff with job mobilization, tracking logs, reports, subcontracts, change orders, and other project administration tasks as directed.
Schedule conference calls and assist with meeting setup, coordination, and follow-up documentation.
Help verify phase codes, project numbers, contracts, and related project information under guidance.
Provide document control support, including filing, tracking, routing, and maintaining project records.
Run errands and support daily project/team needs as assigned.
Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative support for field employees.
Maintain office organization, supplies, and inventory.
Perform additional assigned tasks while learning project administration procedures and expectations.
You’ll move frequently between office trailers and active construction sites. In the office: prolonged sitting, computer work, repetitive typing, and phone use. On-site: standing/walking on uneven ground for long periods, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, crawling into tight spaces, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, wear full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.), and maintain good vision/hearing for reading plans and communicating. Flexibility for occasional overtime or non-standard hours is required. Reasonable accommodations are available.
