Job summary

You will write, edit and deliver communications across formats, partnering with HR, Safety and Marketing to ensure consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
• 8+ years of communications experience including internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Communications partner for Operations, Customer Experience, Fleet, Product and other field-facing priorities.
• Develop integrated communications strategies and plans aligned to business objectives.
• Counsel business leaders on communications approach, audience, timing, messaging and channels.
• Translate complex operational and commercial initiatives into simple, compelling messages.
• Partner across Communications, Marketing, HR, Safety to ensure messages are coordinated.
