Job summary

S&B, a leading EPC provider, seeks a Communications Coordinator to advance its marketing and communications strategy both internally and externally. You will write, edit, and distribute engaging content across channels while supporting PR and social media efforts and employee engagement events.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to plan and execute communications programs, newsletters, and video content, ensuring timely, accurate messaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a corporate internal communications or public relations/marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting.
• Experience with AP style and writing for social, digital and email channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter able to move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Communications Coordinator will execute the corporate and internal communications strategy, including PR, external/internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Create and distribute internal newsletters and announcements through the company email platform.
• Draft press releases, articles, blog posts and other communications materials as needed.
• Assist with event planning and communications for employee town halls and engagement events.
• Create and publish weekly content for S&B TV and monitor across locations; coordinate with IT to resolve issues.
• Support internal/external video communications strategy and video launches to drive awareness and engagement.
• Assist in maintaining the My S&B employee portal with current content and share best practices for communicating via the portal.
• Maintain internal asset library, email templates and distribution lists.
• Track, monitor and report on key communications analytics.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders across Safety, HR Benefits, Talent Development and other departments.
• Assist in planning internal town halls and related communications.
