Job summary

Continental is seeking a Communications Manager, BA Americas to lead strategic internal communications across Tires the Americas with Fort Mill as the Americas headquarters. You will translate business priorities into clear, timely and measurable communication strategies for employees, leaders, and regional stakeholders.

You will drive planning, build communication plans, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders, shaping messaging and ensuring alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of communications experience.
• Strong internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear communication strategies.
• Proactive planning mindset with ability to anticipate needs and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute strategic internal communications for the Americas region across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain communication plans, project trackers and timelines; anticipate needs, risks and dependencies.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, helping shape their communications strategy.
• Own major employee teams, projects, events and leadership moments (e.g., US CSR team, All Employee Meetings).
• Apply measurement, insights and KPIs to tie activities to outcomes.
• Support regional and global alignment; meet communications needs in both directions.
• Manage agencies, vendors and content partners as needed.
