Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Communications professional to drive strategic messaging and employee engagement across Operations, Customer Experience and frontline teams. You will translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communications and counsel leaders on timing, channels and audiences.

The role emphasizes writing, multi-channel delivery, and collaboration with HR, Safety and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and impact across Sunbelt's distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• 8+ years of communications experience, including internal communications and support for operations or a distributed/frontline workforce.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging and actionable communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop communications strategies and drive execution across multiple channels and audiences.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with, counsel and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Communications partner for Operations, Customer Experience, Fleet, Product and other field-facing business priorities.
• Develop integrated communications strategies and plans aligned to business objectives and employee needs.
• Counsel business leaders on communications approach, audience, timing, messaging and channels.
• Translate complex operational and commercial initiatives into simple, compelling and actionable communications.
• Anticipate communications needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve employee awareness, understanding and adoption.
• Partner across Communications, Marketing, HR, Safety and other functions to ensure messages are coordinated and consistent.
