You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, provide estimates, and manage proposals from initial contact to closing, while maintaining the CRM daily. The role requires at least three years of outside sales experience, a technical bend, and a valid driver’s license; the

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desired.
• Must have an outgoing personality and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and services.
• Develop sales opportunities, consultative selling, and provide timely estimates.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Charlotte area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage from call to close.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
