Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. invites an Outside Commercial Entry Door Sales Representative to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will build relationships with decision makers in commercial settings and drive sales of our entry doors and related products.

Responsibilities include developing proposals from initial contact to close, maintaining CRM records, and meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets. A strong mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of outside sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside business-to-business sales, preferably for commercial accounts or retrofit projects.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to learn and apply mechanical/technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchases of entry doors and related products.
• Cultivate sales with commercial/industrial buildings owners, managers, colleges, and hospitals in Charlotte area.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage from initial call to closing the sale; use sales tools.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
• Provide timely estimates and proposals; maintain CRM daily.
