DH Pace Company, Inc. in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative. The role focuses on building relationships and selling our range of commercial doors and related products to decision makers in the Asheville area.

The candidate should have strong business development aptitude, a proven outside sales background, and the ability to read blueprints/specs. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits with growth opportunities within a

Qualifications

3+ years outside sales experience
Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desired
Outgoing personality with a strong customer focus
Must possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Meet with decision makers to influence purchases of our commercial doors and related products
Develop sales opportunities and solve problems through consultative sales
Cultivate sales within buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges and municipalities in Asheville and surrounding areas
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely estimates and proposals
Manage all proposal details from initial call to closing sale
Follow up to close projects and participate in project management when needed
Maintain CRM daily
Other duties as assigned
