DH Pace Company, a family-owned leader in door and security solutions, seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC. You will build relationships with decision-makers and drive sales of our commercial door products and services.

You’ll identify opportunities, provide accurate estimates, develop scopes of work, and manage bids from initial contact to close, while maintaining the CRM daily. Travel may be required to serve the Greensboro area.

Qualifications

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and related products and services.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative sales.
• Cultivate sales with building owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage from initial call to closing the sale.
• Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management as needed.
• Maintain the CRM daily.
