Job summary

Farmers Home Furniture in Alexander City, Alabama is seeking an individual to manage delinquent customer accounts while performing essential delivery and warehouse functions. Responsibilities include contacting customers for payments and assisting in loading/unloading merchandise for delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in a related field. A valid State Driver’s License is required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; six months experience in payment collections.
• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts.
• Load/unload trucks and drive delivery truck to deliver merchandise.
• Document all correspondence concerning accounts.
