The position relies on field work, a home-office setup, a company vehicle, and a performance-based bonus. The ideal candidate has CNC experience, strong communication, and the ability to develop territory plans and durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining industry experience.
• Technical or Business/Engineering degree preferred.
• Proficient in product knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets defined for the territory.
• Provide metal-cutting solutions aligned with market trends to meet customer needs.
• Generate, qualify, and manage all sales leads, prospects, and new accounts.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to pricing and negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to deliver revenue goals.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and project records in CRM for a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide value and end-to-end customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pre-sales workshops or webinars.
