Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for the Nashville, TN area to drive growth in the Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) portfolio. You will partner with surgeons and healthcare teams, support cases, and promote value through consultative selling.

The role emphasizes building relationships, conducting in‑OR and clinical support, and covering shared after‑hours as territory needs require. A strong track record in quota‑carrying sales is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree with leadership/high-performance background or 5+ years outside sales with proven territory performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and customer accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in operating room, clinical, and office-based environments.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of products during customer presentations, evaluations, and in-service training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and account opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide product education and technical support to customers before, during, and after procedures.
• Support planned and emergent cases, including participating in shared after-hours coverage. Coverage expectations vary by territory and may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to support customer needs.
