Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Approximately three years of IP addressing, Ethernet protocol, and IP routers/switches experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to on-site locations using personal or company vehicle; valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Install, support and maintain TEC services and equipment for network operations.
• Operate TEC’s customer tracking system efficiently.
• Load software updates into digital equipment to fix issues and add features.
• Perform daily surveillance of equipment related to the role.
• Inform management of major repair needs affecting services.
• Install and maintain transport circuits using copper and/or fiber.
• Maintain proper functioning of multi-service access platform nodes.
