WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone seeks a Broadband Network Technician to install, test, maintain, service and repair fiber and cable systems from the headend to customer premises.

The role involves performing FCC tests, safety audits, and interpreting performance reports to guide preventive actions. The candidate should be able to work independently, manage schedules, read system prints, and handle on-call shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic electronics knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, test, maintain, and repair fiber lines from headend to customer premises.
• Perform FCC tests for system proof-of-performance.
• Conduct QC and safety audits to ensure standards.
• Analyze system performance reports and direct preventive and remedial actions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents promptly.
